The Sack Race: Odds before the busy Christmas season

We're heading towards the busy Christmas period where the games stack up and pressure is increased on any under performing manager, especially ahead of the January transfer window.
It seems like this season half a dozen clubs have been in 'crisis' and four managers have been sacked as the campaign has gone on. One of those four was Vítor Pereira, who was the leading favourite the last time we checked in.
So who is next to go? We look at what the bookies think...
Daniel Farke Odds: 2/5
It very much seems like a matter of 'when' and not 'if' Daniel Farke will be axed at Elland Road. Leeds United put in a strong performance at the Etihad Stadium, coming from 2-0 down to be drawing until Phil Foden struck in stoppage time.
Farke will need his home fans to help give his team a lift if he is to avoid being dismissed with Chelsea and Liverpool visiting over the next week.
Thomas Frank Odds: 4/1
It's been five wins, five defeats, and two draws for Tottenham Hotspur under Thomas Frank in the Premier League so far.
Recent form has been a concern for Spurs though. Since October, the North London side have played 11 games in all competitions winning just three (against Leeds, Everton, and Copenhagen) and losing six including three defeats on the bounce.
A tough trip to St James' Park is next and the Dane will need to see his team get back to that early season form sooner rather than later.
Arne Slot Odds: 8/1
It's still incredible to see Arne Slot in bookies list of favourites considering how the 2024/25 campaign went.
The back-to-back defeats to Nottingham Forest and PSV were a low in Slot's stint at the club but the Reds did what was expected away to West Ham United at the weekend.
A home game against Sunderland before facing Leeds away should give Liverpool the chance to gain some much-needed momentum but any more defeats could prove costly for Slot.
Scott Parker Odds: 12/1
Burnley always knew that staying up in the Premier League this season was not going to be easy and that is proving to be the case.
Scott Parker's side have earned wins against Sunderland, Leeds, and Wolves while drawing with Forest so far which shows their level. However, outside of those four fixtures Burnley have lost all other league games including against Brentford at the weekend.
To stay up, the Clarets need to start taking points from teams higher up the table but for now at least Parker's job is mostly safe.
Marco Silva Odds: 12/1
Fulham are 15th in the table which is perhaps too low for a team that prefers to be potentially pushing for one of the European places. However, with a bunched-up middle in the Premier League this season, Silva's side are only a few wins off suddenly jumping up the table.
The Cottagers definitely had a wobble when they lost five of six league games from September to early November but they have now won two on the bounce including a win away to Spurs last time out.
Considering the job Marco Silva has done since he arrived at the club it's hard to imagine the club deciding to sack the Portuguese coach unless they go on a longer, extended poor run.
