Seven Wolves players will head to the 2026 World Cup in the USA, Canada and Mexico.
ExpressAndStar.com reports Joao Gomes missed Brazil’s final 26 after a 55-man provisional pick, with Yerson Mosquera and Enso Gonzalez also overlooked.
Ladislav Krejci, who scored twice in the play-offs, will captain Czech Republic. They open against South Korea on June 12.
Hwang Hee-chan contests his third finals, having netted a last-minute winner against Portugal in 2022, and is in Group A with Krejci.
Jose Sa is in Portugal’s squad for a second time and has four caps. Group opponents are Congo DR, Uzbekistan and Colombia.
Santi Bueno heads to his first World Cup after captaining Uruguay in October. Their group features Saudi Arabia, Cape Verde and Spain.
David Moller Wolfe joins Norway at their first finals since 1998, having started every qualifier under Stale Solbakken.
Jean-Ricner Bellegarde will debut with Haiti after a September bow that aided qualification. Their group includes Scotland, Brazil and Morocco.
Sasa Kalajdzic arrives from a league and cup double on loan at LASK. Austria face Argentina, Jordan and Algeria.
