The seventh Juventus Academy World Cup ends

The curtain has fallen on the seventh edition of the Juventus Academy World Cup, an event that once again proved its place as one of the most exciting and engaging events on the scene of global youth football.

What made the event unique were the numbers: 32 Juventus Academies from 25 countries that span five continents were involved, with 83 teams made up of boys and girls born between 2013 and 2016 included. This level of participation attests to the growth and international scope of the Juventus Academy project.

But going beyond the numbers, the World Cup was an extraordinary human experience too. It was more than just a simple competition, but it was a real celebration of the values of sport: friendship, passion, sharing, and respect - principles which are always at the heart of this event.

The incredible locations of Susa, Oulx, Sauze d’Oulx, and Bardonecchia, and, of course, the Allianz Training Center in Vinovo, provided the scene for an intense and emotionally packed week. Each day was filled with enthusiasm both on and off the pitch, with matches thrilling everybody involved, and proviging countless moments of cultural exchange.

Offering participants an unforgettable experience of athletic and personal growth is always the main goal, and that was undeniably achieved again. The success of the competition was measured in numbers, but also in the smiles, the relationships built, and the memories made that each participant will carry with them.

With another memorable edition now behind us, it’s time to celebrate the athletic achievements and the Academies that stood out on the field.
