The Sun reveal two Chelsea players Jackson is still in close contact with after Bayern move

Nicolas Jackson was a popular figure in the Chelsea dressing room, and there are no hard feelings between him and his former team-mates according to reports.
Jackson completed a deadline day loan move to Bayern Munich, which includes an obligation to buy based on making a certain number of appearances.
The Senegal international was perhaps a surprise departure, but he had fallen down the pecking order following the arrival of both Liam Delap and Joao Pedro.
Despite signing a two year contract extension last year, keeping him at Stamford Bridge until 2033, Jackson has decided to seek a new challenge in Germany.
Jackson admitted he was sad to leave Chelsea, but he will be reunited with his former team-mates far sooner than he would have expected.

Chelsea face Bayern in the Champions League on Wednesday night, with Jackson eligible to play against his parent club.

There had been reports of a falling out between Jackson and his team-mates, but The Sun have reported sources close to the 24-year-old insist there are no hard feeling between him and his former team-mates.
The report adds he was a popular figure within the dressing room, with Enzo Fernandez grateful for Jackson’s support during a difficult period for him.
The Sun state he’s still in contact with some Chelsea players including Fernandez and Trevoh Chalobah, who have checked to see how he’s settled in at Bayern.
With Liam Delap out injured, Chelsea face somewhat of a striker shortage for the game against Bayern, with Joao Pedro likely to lead the line.

However, the alternatives are Tyrique George, who came on at half time against Brentford or Marc Guiu, who didn’t even make the squad against the Bees.
There is even more pressure on Pedro now, but he’s delivered since he arrived from Brighton in the summer, but it will be interesting to see if Guiu or George feature against the Bundesliga outfit.
