Clubs across Europe’s top five leagues have released players for international duty this month, with international stars jetting across the planet to represent their countries. 

With World Cup qualifiers, warm-up games, and much more in March’s schedule, it’s a massive month for the international calendar.

Across Europe’s top leagues, no side has released more players for international duty than Manchester City. Pep Guardiola’s side have a whopping 17 players representing their nations in March, the joint-most alongside Paris Saint-Germain.

Crystal Palace are the team who surprisingly sit equal second. Palace have 15 players on international duty, including Maxence Lacroix who made his France debut against Brazil earlier this week. Bayern Munich and Juventus also have 15 internationals in March.

The next-highest Premier League teams are Manchester United and Sunderland, who each have 14 players called up this month.
