Reports in Italy claim that Napoli players are unhappy with Antonio Conte’s training methods, and three of them have already shown frustration with the coach.
Several sources in Italy claim that Napoli coach Conte has to clear the air with part of the dressing room, especially after a 2-0 loss against Bologna on Sunday.

Il Mattino has reported that a considerable part of the dressing room is frustrated by Conte’s training methods, and unhappiness has already emerged from some players’ quotes and behaviour.
Recent claims from Stanislav Lobotka and his agent raise eyebrows as the Slovakia international and his entourage have suggested that they might be looking for a new club in 2026, although the player’s representative later rectified their stance.

Back in October, summer signing Noa Lang admitted he had only spoken to Conte once since joining the Partenopei last summer, while Kevin De Bruyne angrily reacted to a substitution against Milan at the end of September.
On that occasion, Conte replied that he hoped De Bruyne was unhappy with the result and not with his decisions and then warned that he’d not allow any other complaint from KDB or any other Napoli player.
According to Gazzetta, even Lorenzo Lucca and Zambo Anguissa are unhappy with Conte and the club, for different reasons.
Lucca has been struggling with playing time this season, collecting barely 400 minutes of football on the pitch, while Anguissa expects ‘more consideration’ from the club, especially during talks to extend his contract beyond 2027.
