Tiago Ferreira agrees FC Porto B return, medical pending | OneFootball

Tiago Ferreira is returning to FC Porto to add experience to the B team in the II Liga, 12 years after departing, according to O Jogo.

The 32-year-old centre-back still needs to complete a medical. An agreement is in place for a two-year contract with an additional year option.

An academy graduate, Ferreira left the Dragão in 2014 as a promising prospect without making a first-team appearance.

His career since has taken in Zulte Waregem in Belgium, União da Madeira, Universitatea Craiova in Romania, MTK in Hungary, Tractor in Iran and Kukesi in Albania.

Back in Portugal since 2023, he has played in the II Liga for Trofense, União de Leiria and Paços. He made 32 appearances for Paços last season but could not prevent their relegation to Liga 3.
