Michael Olise has long since matured into a key player at FC Bayern – and will remain with the record champions in the future. Head of Sport Max Eberl recently made it clear that the French attacking star does not have an exit clause in his contract. Instead of rumours of a transfer, Munich are even considering an extension. The Frenchman also feels at home on the Isar.
Michael Olise has developed impressively since moving to the Isar. According to Max Eberl, the 23-year-old has developed into one of the best wingers in the world in around a year and a half. No wonder that numerous top clubs from the Premier League and other European leagues have recently enquired about him.
However, Eberl provided clarity: „Michael Olise’s contract does not contain any release clauses,“ emphasised the sporting director – a statement that was also confirmed by transfer insider Fabrizio Romano. The Englishman with a French passport is therefore contractually bound to Bayern and cannot move on his own volition.

Despite the great interest from England, Olise is not thinking of leaving. As Romano reports, the French international feels very comfortable at FC Bayern. The club itself has no intention of selling him either – at Säbener Straße, the attacking player is considered unsellable.
On the contrary: Internally, an early contract extension is even being considered. According to BILD, Olise could soon receive an improved contract with a salary increase – a sign of appreciation for his consistently strong performances.
By clarifying Olise’s contract, FC Bayern is sending out a clear signal: The aim is to retain key players for the long term and keep the squad strategically stable.
Olise symbolises the new Bayern way – young, dynamic, with strong development potential and fully integrated into Vincent Kompany’s system. The fact that the winger wants to stay in Munich should particularly please the fans of the record champions: a key player with a future – and no back door.
