Tottenham Hotspur have rejected a third interest in taking over the club, the latest from American entrepreneur Brooklyn Earick's consortium.
Interest in the North London club has been high, especially since long-serving chairman Daniel Levy stepped down from his role.
However, the club have rebuffed all offers with the club's majority owners, Enic Sports & Developments Holdings Ltd, saying in a statement that they "reconfirm that Tottenham Hotspur is not for sale and Enic is not looking to sell its stake in the club."
Spurs are just one of three clubs in the Premier League that are owned entirely by British companies or individuals with American entities owning over half of the league.
Indeed, American business interest in football can be seen further down the pyramid, notably with Birmingham City and Wrexham.
