Trabzonspor hoping to sign former Celtic and Real Betis target from Cercle Brugge | OneFootball

HLN are reporting that Trabzonspor are hoping to sign Flavio Nazinho from Cercle Brugge. The full-back was of serious interest last summer from both Scottish side Celtic and La Liga club Real Betis. However, a move to either Celtic or Real Betis failed to materialise and Nazinho remained in Belgium. Now the Turkish side Trabzonspor are hoping to negotiate a deal with Cercle Brugge for the former Celtic target.

Given their current predicament, Cercle Brugge can ill afford to lose a player like Nazinho. The 22-year-old has played 18 games for the side this season, scoring one goal and providing two assists. He joined the Belgian side in 2023 from Portuguese giants Sporting CP. He spent most of his time with the Lisbon based club in the second team. However, he impressed early on during his time in Belgium with Cercle Brugge. So far the left-back has played 80 games for Cercle Brugge, scoring three goals.
