City added to our impressive start of the season with an emphatic 3-0 derby day victory at the Etihad to move three points clear at the top of the Women’s Super League.

But the hard work does not stop and the players keep on pushing ourselves on the training pitches.

The WSL is put on hold this weekend as the focus switches back to the Subway Cup and our Group A clash with WSL 2 side Nottingham Forest.

City currently sit top of the group just ahead of Forest, who won on penalties away at WSL side Everton in their last League Cup clash.

So with a quarter-final place up for grabs, the squad were getting ready ahead of the clash at the City Ground at 14:00 (UK) on Saturday 22 November.
