According to ExpressAndStar.com, Wolves have submitted an offer for Olympiacos winger Andre Luiz.

The 24-year-old Brazilian right winger moved to Greece in January and has made 10 appearances with one assist. He impressed previously for Rio Ave and is under contract until 2030.

An unnamed club was said to have bid £13.6 million earlier this summer. Wolves’ offer is around £12 million, and Olympiacos, owned by Nottingham Forest chief Evangelos Marinakis, are thought to want more.

Wolves are also monitoring Canada international Niko Sigur of Hadjuk Split. The 22-year-old can play in midfield or at right-back and caught the eye for Canada at the World Cup, with Jesse Marsch previously calling his displays almost flawless.

Sigur is valued at about £2.5 million, a figure that would not stretch Cesar Peixoto’s side.

A permanent return to Celta Vigo for Wolves attacker Fer Lopez, 22, is described as unlikely after lengthy talks, so he could feature in pre-season.

The Premier League champions are said to hold a long-standing interest in Villa’s England international Morgan Rogers, and Mikel Arteta’s side are also eyeing defender Ezri Konsa.

Udinese midfielder Arthur Atta, 23, is on Villa’s radar after a breakthrough season, 28 outings in Serie A and six goals in 30 games in all competitions. He previously spent time on loan there, has three years left on his deal, and Everton and Fulham have also shown interest.

Villa’s Amadou Onana suffered a devastating injury blow while playing for Belgium at the tournament this week.
