We're back for another daily dose of transfer rumours. Today's talk includes Florian Wirtz, Omar Marmoush, and Morgan Rogers.
Chelsea have dismissed speculation linking them with a summer move for Liverpool midfielder Florian Wirtz. The German endured a difficult debut season at Liverpool, following a record-breaking transfer to Anfield, and reports this week suggested Chelsea are keeping tabs. Wirtz thrived under the management of new Chelsea coach Xabi Alonso at Bayer Leverkusen, but Football.London report that there's 'no truth' in talk of a reunion.
Sticking with Liverpool, the Reds are reportedly weighing up an approach for Rayo Vallecano right-backAndrei Ratiu. The Romanian's release clause of around €25m is viewed as good value, as Liverpool look to solve a problem position. Anfield Index report that Andoni Iraola is plotting a raid on his former side for the full-back.
Juventus are among the clubs weighing up a move for Manchester City striker Omar Marmoush. With Dusan Vlahovic heading for the exit door and Jonathan David and Lois Openda likely to follow him, Juve are planning a complete overhaul of their frontline. Tuttosport report that Marmoush is under consideration, alongside Alexander Sorloth and Randal Kolo Muani.
Arsenal are set to open 'formal talks' with Aston Villa for Morgan Rogers. The Gunners are determined to strike a deal for the England midfielder, which could cost around £80m. Arsenal insider Hand of Arsenal has reported the transfer fee is the key hurdle to overcome, with Rogers keen on the move to North London.
Across North London,Cristian Romero has received 'multiple approaches' as the Argentine prepares to quit Spurs. After adding Jan Paul van Hecke and Marcos Senesi to the squad, Spurs are ready to cash-in on the unsettled club captain. Nicolo Shira has said he's no longer considered 'untouchable'.
Finally,Ayase Ueda could be set for a big move this summer after an impressive World Cup. The Japan international has received approaches from the Premier League and Bundesliga, with Fabrizio Romano reporting that 'attention is growing'. Leeds United, Everton, and Sunderland have all been linked with the Feyenoord forward.
