Today's transfer chatter features Nick Woltemade's unhappiness at Newcastle, and the competitive race to bring Antonio Rudiger back to the Premier League.
Nick Woltemade's woes at Newcastle continue. The giant German started strong at St James' Park, but has struggled for form of late. Woltemade is reportedly homesick, say BILD, and open to a Bundesliga return in the summer.
Bayern Munich have been linked, but after board member Karl-Heinz Rummenigge said Newcastle were "idiots" to pay £69m last summer, it's unlikely the Magpies will recoup that fee.
Should Woltemade wave Auf Wiedersehen to Newcastle in the summer, Eddie Howe could renew his interest inNicolas Jackson. The Chelsea striker's loan at Bayern Munich looks unlikely to be made permanent, placing him back on the summer market.
Several sides are keen to bring Antonio Rudiger back to thePremier League this summer. The defender's deal at Real Madrid expires in the summer and there are no talks over an extension. Fichajes claim Tottenham Hotspur, West Ham and Crystal Palace are all in pursuit of the former Chelsea centre-back.
Everton are braced for summer interest in Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall. The midfielder has flourished since swapping Chelsea's stockpile of talent for Merseyside last summer, to attract interest from rival clubs. Football Insider name Spurs as suitors, but Everton will reject all bids.
Chelsea, meanwhile, are planning a centre-back overhaul. As perTEAMtalk, Tosin Adarabioyo, Trevoh Chalobah and Benoit Badiashile have all been put in the shop window, as the Blues look to raise funds for Nottingham Forest centre-back Murillo. Forest have placed a £70m price tag on the Brazilian's broad shoulders.
Finally, Football Insider report thatArsenal are contemplating letting Riccardo Calafiori leave this summer. The Italian's fitness record is a concern for the Gunners, after his latest setback. There will be hearts breaking all over North London if the popular pin-up departs...
