Daniel Farke has named an attacking Leeds United side for tonight’s Premier League trip to Manchester United at Old Trafford, with a triple boost as Gabi Gudmundsson, Jaka Bijol and Noah Okafor all start.

According to yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk, Anton Stach and Joe Rodon are out with ankle injuries suffered in last weekend’s FA Cup quarter-final win at West Ham, and Farke said it is probably unrealistic to expect either back this month. Dan James also remains sidelined with an adductor strain.

Okafor lines up in a front three with Brenden Aaronson and Dominic Calvert-Lewin. Brighton loanee Facundo Buonanotte is on the bench.

Gudmundsson missed the West Ham tie after returning from international duty with light groin issues. Bijol and Okafor started that match, but Bijol had not trained as of Thursday due to a knock. Okafor was withdrawn in the second half, with Farke hoping it was only cramp, and he skipped Thursday’s session with back problems.

Farke said on Thursday that all three would have been unavailable if the game were on Friday, but he hoped extra days would help. Leeds begin with Darlow in goal, a back line of Bogle, Justin, Bijol, Struijk and Gudmundsson, a midfield of Ampadu, Tanaka and Aaronson, with Okafor and Calvert-Lewin up front. The bench is Perri, Byram, Bornauw, Longstaff, Gruev, Gnonto, Buonanotte, Piroe and Nmecha.
