Former Premier League footballer Troy Deeney still has serious concerns about Robert Sanchez heading into the new season.
Chelsea have had a brilliant summer in which they won the Club World Cup, and have added four exciting signings to their squad.
The Blues have completed deals for Jorrel Hato, Liam Delap, Joao Pedro and Jamie Gittens, whilst they are working on deals for Xavi Simons and Alejandro Garnacho.
There’s a feel good factor back around Chelsea again, and supporters are largely pleased with the business done this summer.
Chelsea have added quality in key areas and signed some exciting talents, however there’s still question marks surrounding Sanchez in goal.

It looks unlikely a new keeper will be signed, and despite Sanchez showing signs of improvement towards the end of last season, and at the Club World Cup, Deeney has admitted he still has serious concerns.
“I’m still seriously worried about Sanchez,” he told talkSPORT.
“I know he had a wonderful Club World Cup. If you see the goal against AC Milan, his positioning is all over the place. That’s a near-post shot. I think he should save it.
“I think there’s a real weird place with Sanchez because he’s shown you what he can do, but we’ve seen over the course of his body of work that he’s going to let you down in big moments.”
The Blues turned down the chance to sign Mike Maignan earlier this summer after refusing to meet AC Milan’s valuation of £20-£25m.

Gianluigi Donnarumma is another top goalkeeper who is set to be available this summer, with it almost certain his time at PSG is over.
The Italian is reportedly available for a fee of £26m, but Chelsea aren’t believed to be in talks for Donnarumma, with Manchester City seemingly his most likely destination.
