RULES
As usual, the Youth League is initially divided into two paths, one that mirrors the League Phase of the Champions League and one that will feature the national champions of the 52 UEFA member associations.
The Champions League path features the 36 youth teams of the clubs qualified for Europe's top competition: this includes Inter's Primavera team. The league phase follows the same schedule as the men’s competition, limited to the first six matchdays, with the same matches played in both competitions (three home and three away). The top 22 teams will qualify for the round of 32.
The National Champions path has 50 participating teams and is divided into three knockout rounds, played over two legs. At the end of the third qualifying round, 10 teams will advance to the round of 32 of the Youth League
KNOCKOUT PHASE AND FINAL FOUR
A single-leg knockout phase will begin from the round of 32. The clubs ranked 1st to 6th in the Champions League path will face the teams ranked 17th to 22nd, while the teams ranked 7th to 16th will play the 10 teams qualified from the domestic champions path.
A draw will be held for the round of 16.
The tournament will conclude, as usual, with a four-team final phase (semifinals and final) to be played at the Colovray Sports Centre in Nyon, Switzerland.
