Unseen creator sparks Wrexham fightback at West Brom | OneFootball

Lewis O'Brien changed the game in the 47th minute with a precise through ball, launching Wrexham's comeback to a 2-2 draw at West Bromwich Albion. The midfielder later supplied the equaliser.

After the restart, O'Brien slipped a forward pass into space to set up the first goal (47.). His timing between the lines immediately stretched the home defence.

He then delivered again, picking out George Dobson in the middle of the box for the leveller (62.). The weight and angle of his pass invited a first time finish.

O'Brien finished with two assists, three key passes and eight recoveries, plus two tackles won. He also completed 12 successful final third passes, repeatedly linking midfield to attack and keeping Wrexham on the front foot.

Because he received early and played forward quickly, West Brom struggled to reset and Wrexham controlled the key phases of the second half.
