Valencia CF and TM Grupo Inmobiliario continued to expand their international activation strategy with their last Business Networking event of the 2025/26 season, held in Warsaw. The Polish capital was chosen as the venue for an evening focused on promoting the club's projects and those of their Main Global Partner.

The event took place at the iconic Skyfall, where TM Grupo Inmobiliario and Valencia CF, with the support of LALIGA, offered a premium experience to current and potential clients. The initiative combined hospitality, brand activation, and networking in a relaxed atmosphere, designed to strengthen the connection between residential tourism, investment, football, and the Mediterranean lifestyle.

During the event, TM Grupo Inmobiliario highlighted their residential offering in Spain, based on prime locations, quality of life, security, connectivity, and support for international clients. The company reinforced their position in a market of growing importance, with significant interest in properties on the Spanish Mediterranean coast from Polish clients.

Ana Belén Fernández, International Sales Manager of TM Grupo Inmobiliario, emphasised the importance of these types of initiatives.

“As always, with the excellent support of Valencia CF and LALIGA, these kinds of events help us reinforce our message about the lifestyle we offer in Spain. It was a wonderful experience, in an exceptional setting with spectacular views of Warsaw,” she said.

As Valencia CF's Main Global Partner, TM Grupo Inmobiliario continue to leverage this alliance as a platform for international exposure and connection with strategic audiences. In this context, the club took the opportunity to present the Nou Mestalla project, with the presence of José Manuel Segarra, Valencia CF's Director of Communications. The new stadium, scheduled to open in the summer of 2027, will mark a new era for the club and contribute to strengthening their international standing, transcending the world of sport to also become a place for entertainment and experiences for the city.

Piotr Laboga, a journalist with Canal+ Poland, spoke highly of the initiative and the interest Spain is generating in the Polish market.

“It was a very special meeting, with a very interesting combination of the residential tourism sector and football. One of the main attractions was the Nou Mestalla. I think it will be a very important factor for those who want to invest in the real estate sector. I like that Spain and Valencia are showcasing their capabilities in the Polish market. There are many people interested in learning about it and in exploring new possibilities.”

LALIGA once again played a key role as a strategic partner in this international tour. Jaime Navarro, LALIGA's delegate in Central Europe, underlined the value of the collaboration between the three entities.

“We are very pleased to be able to support TM Grupo Inmobiliario and Valencia CF in this final European event of the season, following those held in the Netherlands, Germany, and the Czech Republic. It is always positive to jointly promote LALIGA, Spanish culture, and the Valencia region. This type of event helps to build brand awareness for all three parties, and we hope it can be repeated soon," he explained.
