Vasco have secured a place in the 2026 Copa Sudamericana but still hope to play in next year's Libertadores.
CONMEBOL said the preliminary draw will take place on 18 December in Luque, Paraguay.

The club could seal direct qualification to the Libertadores by winning the Copa do Brasil, and they are currently in the semi-final against Fluminense.
Should they miss out on the Libertadores, they will enter a preliminary knockout in the Sudamericana, with opponents determined by the draw.
The full competition calendar has yet to be published, though the opening stage is expected between February and March 2026.
For now, Vasco's focus is on this week's domestic commitments.
