It is hardly surprising that Wehrle puts Munich in the role of favourites: FC Bayern won both of their Bundesliga matches against Stuttgart in commanding fashion and clearly dominated the Swabians at times

Nevertheless, VfB know that a cup final has its own laws. „If you make it to Berlin, you always have a chance,“ said Wehrle combatively

The starting position for VfB could hardly be better, however, with the Swabians once again securing fourth place in the Bundesliga and thus qualifying directly for the Champions League

Wehrle explained: „We have played a very good season, finishing fourth and qualifying for the Champions League, and can go into the final with joy and confidence

Hoeneß should annoy Bayern
