VfB Stuttgart complete signing of Leo Sauer from Feyenoord | OneFootball

VfB Stuttgart have completed the signing of Leo Sauer from Feyenoord for the 2026-27 campaign. The 20-year-old boosts their attacking options.

According to BuLi News, Feyenoord will receive a base €14million fee, potentially rising to €17million with bonuses.

Sauer made 26 Eredivisie appearances for Feyenoord, recording four goals and two assists. He also featured in both the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Europa League during his time at the club.

He has agreed a contract until 30 June 2031 and will wear the number 44 shirt.

Sporting director Fabian Wohlgemuth said the club were delighted to bring in Sauer for the new season, highlighting his qualities shown in the Eredivisie, the Europa League and with the Slovakian national team. He described the move as driven by a firm belief that Stuttgart can further strengthen their attacking approach and playing style in the years ahead.
