Gigio Donnarumma met with Monaco defender Wilfried Singo after suffering a ‘facial trauma with multiple cuts’ last night, and the Italian keeper is now at home and feels ‘well.’

Donnarumma was forced off the pitch early during PSG’s 4-2 win over Monaco last night.

The injury was caused by ex-Torino talent Singo, who accidentally hit Gigio in the face with his studs.

PSG showed in a video on X that the former Torino defender apologised to Donnarumma after the final whistle.

The video showed Donnarumma and Singo speaking in Italian as Gigio told his opponent: “It’s all good, don’t worry, don’t worry.”

PSG also released a medical update after last night’s scare.

“Gianluigi Donnarumma will return to Paris with the team this evening after suffering a facial trauma with multiple cuts. He will undergo medical examinations tomorrow and will have to rest for several days,” said the Ligue 1 giants.
