Vitinha shuts the door on Real Madrid

Vitinha cools Real Madrid's ambitions!
While rumors of a possible move to Real Madrid regularly stir up the Spanish press, Vitinha has decided to make his stance clear. The Portuguese midfielder for Paris Saint-Germain, who has been persistently linked with a move to Florentino Pérez’s side, doesn’t seem ready to leave the Parc des Princes—despite the ongoing interest from the Merengues.
Speaking to Portuguese outlet Canal 11, the Portugal international was especially direct about his future plans.
“It would be a mistake to leave. I don’t think it’s the best thing for me right now. I feel fantastic here at PSG.”
A statement that clearly dampens Madrid’s hopes, especially as some outlets had even reported a possible transfer fee in the region of 90 to 100 million euros.
The Parisian midfielder also emphasized how settled he feels in the French capital, both on and off the pitch.
“I love being here, and so does my family. We have a fantastic group and an incredible coach,” he added,
reaffirming his commitment to the club, with whom he remains under contract until 2029. In the same interview, Vitinha also dismissed rumors of a potential move to Saudi Arabia:
“I already make a great living here in Europe, at a big club. Doubling or tripling my salary wouldn’t make me happier.”
A clear stance that strengthens PSG’s position and seriously cools the ambitions of their suitors.
