Watford have sacked head coach Edward Still. The club said in a statement on Sunday that assistant Karim Belhocine had also left.
Still, the brother of Will Still and a former Lens assistant, took charge in early February. He arrived on the ninth of February to replace Javi Gracia but could not turn results around.
Under Still, Watford recorded three wins, nine defeats and four draws. They finished 16th on the final day.
The side were winless in eight matches since 17 March, when they beat Wrexham 3-1. A heavy 0-4 loss to leaders Coventry City sealed his fate.
Still is the third head coach dismissed this season after Paulo Pezzolano and Gracia. Gracia had resigned on the first of February, saying he had lost motivation and no longer felt the right man to lead a promising young group of players.
