Real Madrid star Vinícius Jr. has taken to social media on Sunday, to send a message to the club’s crestfallen supporters.

This of course comes after Carlo Ancelotti’s troops were condemned to nothing short of an embarrassing defeat at the hands of arch rivals Barcelona.

After welcoming the table-topping Blaugrana to Spain’s capital for a crunch La Liga clash, Real found themselves on the wrong side of an eventual 4-0 result.

The mood in Madrid over the last 24 hours, in turn, has been something of a sombre one…

Late on Sunday, a leading member of Carlo Ancelotti’s squad has, in turn, moved to send a message of encouragement to all associated with Los Blancos.

In a post on his official ‘X’ account, Vinícius Jr, who endured a difficult evening from an individual standpoint on Saturday, wrote:

‘We will be back as always. We are THE BIGGEST CLUB and you know it.’
