West Brom’s £3.3m signing spotted in training as Karlan Grant nears return | OneFootball

West Brom have stepped up preparations for a bank holiday double header, with £3.3m signing Tammer Bany spotted in training and Karlan Grant moving closer to a return.

According to ExpressAndStar.com, most of James Morrison’s squad have been working at the training base this week, with only a handful away on international duty last weekend. Recent results read two wins and two draws, leaving Albion four points clear of the drop.

Wrexham visit The Hawthorns on Friday, then Albion travel to relegation rivals Blackburn on Monday.

Bany, who joined from Rangers more than a year ago, has made only a few substitute appearances and suffered an injury earlier this season after nearing a comeback. He has been involved around the group this week and featured on Instagram alongside Grant during a session.

Grant, out since the draw at Derby earlier this year, is back in training and is set for a mid April return.

Callum Styles has also trained with team-mates despite a Hungary call-up for the international break. Hungary beat Slovenia in a friendly at the weekend and face Greece tonight, but Styles has not travelled and remains with Albion.
