Juventus have officially appointed Damien Comolli as their new Chief Executive Officer, replacing Maurizio Scanavino.

The move, confirmed during the first meeting of the club’s new Board of Directors, marks the latest step in a period of sweeping change for the Bianconeri both on and off the pitch.

Comolli, who had already taken over the sporting side of the club following Cristiano Giuntoli’s exit, will now also oversee Juventus’ financial and administrative operations.

His promotion consolidates his authority across every major department, effectively making him the key figure in shaping the club’s overall direction.

Scanavino had held the CEO position since January 2023, following the resignations of Andrea Agnelli, Pavel Nedved and the previous board amid the legal turmoil surrounding the club.

Now, Comolli will act as the bridge between the sporting and corporate areas, managing transfer strategies, finances and long-term planning.

With the backing of Exor president John Elkann, the former Toulouse executive has been given full trust to lead Juventus into a new era of stability and modernisation.
