Senegal midfielder Idrissa Gana Gueye praised Morocco’s organization of AFCON 2025 saying the quality of infrastructure directly elevated the level of competition across the tournament.
Speaking to the Moroccan outlet, Gueye highlighted the role of stadium standards and pitch quality in shaping the tournament’s narrative.
“As players, we are satisfied with what is happening. The pitches are very good and that has immediately raised the level of competition” the Senegal international said.
