Wilfred Ndidi makes his debut with Beşiktaş

Beşiktaş’s marquee summer signing, Wilfred Ndidi, made his first appearance in the famous black and white jersey during their 2-1 victory over Eyüpspor in the Süper Lig.

Arriving from Leicester City, the Nigerian midfielder was handed a starting role by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. Deployed at the heart of the midfield, Ndidi delivered a solid performance, highlighted by his defensive impact and his ability to bring balance to the center of the park.

Ndidi received a standing ovation from the Istanbul crowd as he left the pitch in the 70th minute, replaced by Demir Ege Tiknaz. He has already shown why Beşiktaş invested in his experience and discipline. With this promising debut, Ndidi looks set to become a key figure in the Black Eagles’ campaign this season.
