Willian José penalty swings it as Bahia start with away win

Bahia beat Corinthians 2-1 at Estádio Urbano Caldeira, opening their Brasileirão campaign with three points despite a late red card for Michel Araújo.
In the 12th minute, Breno Bidon steered in Rodrigo Garro's through ball to put Timão ahead.
Jean Lucas equalised (32.) with a right-footed strike from outside the box after a pass by Gilberto.
Ademir won a penalty after Hugo Souza fouled him. Willian José converted from the spot in the first minute of first half stoppage time.
After the restart, Timão pressed, with Ronaldo saving Matheus Bidu's angled shot (48.) and denying Memphis (61.).
Bahia finished with 10 when Michel Araújo received a second yellow and was sent off (87.).
Timão tallied 17 attempts with five on target and 58.7% possession. Bahia registered 11 attempts, hitting the target six times.
