Willian Pacho and PSG reach agreement in principle over contract extension | OneFootball

Willian Pacho (24) is closing in on a new contract at Paris Saint-Germain, according to a report from L’Équipe. 

Pacho has been a mainstay in this PSG team since joining in the summer of 2024. The Ecuador international has been consistent in his performances and so the club have looked to extend his deal, while also re-evaluating his salary in order to reflect his growing status.

A two-year extension on the cards

Those discussions have been going on for several months and there has been great optimism that a deal would be struck. Speaking in a mixed zone interview attended by Get French Football News on Wednesday, Pacho said that he “hoped to announce good news soon”. 

L’Équipe now understands that there is an agreement in principle in place between the defender and PSG. His new deal would run until 2030, two years beyond his current deal, which expires in 2028.
