A little over two weeks after Spain lifted the World Cup on 19 July, the transfer picture for the tournament’s standout names is coming into focus.

According to L'Équipe, Cape Verde goalkeeper Vozinha has joined Colo-Colo as a free agent, greeted by a large crowd. In England, Chelsea paid 137 M€ for Morgan Rogers on 21 July, eclipsing Elliot Anderson’s 135 M€ move from Nottingham Forest to Manchester City. Chelsea also signed France centre-back Maxence Lacroix from Crystal Palace for 60 M€, while Lucas Digne is expected to leave Aston Villa for PSG.
