Yannick Bright has been named a 2026 MLS All-Star, becoming Inter Miami’s fifth player to receive the honour. According to Inter Miami, the midfielder is among the league’s 29 selections.
The match is set for Wednesday, 29 July at eight p.m. ET at Bank of America Stadium, Charlotte, North Carolina. The MLS All-Star Game presented by Chime and the All-Star Skills Challenge presented by AT&T will be available in more than 100 countries on Apple TV.
Born in Milan, the 24-year-old is in his third season with the first team after arriving as a 2024 MLS SuperDraft first-round pick.
In 2024 he made 23 MLS appearances as Miami won the Supporters’ Shield, setting a single-season league record with 74 points and sealing the club’s second title. Bright then helped deliver a historic 2025, winning the Eastern Conference Championship and MLS Cup presented by Audi to secure the club’s third and fourth titles.
That year the team also reached the Concacaf Champions Cup semi-finals and the revamped 2025 FIFA Club World Cup Round of 16. Across all competitions, Bright has 87 appearances, with one goal and seven assists.
Before turning professional he starred for the University of New Hampshire Wildcats, starting 69 games for two goals and eight assists. In 2023 he started all 19 matches, earned First Team All-America and America East Midfielder of the Year honours, and was a Mac Hermann Trophy semi-finalist.
He also featured for G.S. Arconatese in Italy, making 20 appearances before joining UNH.
