Zenit ‘to sign’ Felipe Augusto as Luiz Henrique exit becomes possible | OneFootball

Zenit are close to signing Brazilian winger Felipe Augusto, and Luiz Henrique, a Flamengo target, could be allowed to leave depending on offers.

Maisfutebol reports that Zenit are finalising a 16 million euro deal with Trabzonspor of Türkiye, with completion expected soon.

Felipe Augusto had attracted interest from other European clubs, including Fenerbahçe of Türkiye, but has opted to join Zenit for the next European season.

With another wide forward arriving, Zenit are strengthening the area where Brazil international Luiz Henrique plays. He could be negotiated if a suitable proposal arrives when the transfer window opens in June.

Zenit want about 40 million euros, roughly R$ 235 million, to sell Luiz Henrique.

Flamengo currently have right‑sided options, though Luiz Araújo, Gonzalo Plata and Jorge Carrascal could be moved on in the window starting in June.
