Arsenal welcomed Liverpool at the Emirates Stadium earlier tonight as they looked to secure a win at home in the Premier League. The Gunners made a strong start to the game but were held to a scoreless draw at the half-time interval.
Mikel Arteta’s men ran out of gas in the second half and were held to a lackluster 0-0 draw at the Emirates.
Let’s take a look at how each Arsenal player fared during the clash against the Reds.
Raya didn’t have a save to make in the game and kept an easy clean sheet tonight.
RB: Jurrien Timber – 7/10
He cleared the danger when he could and made one decent run with the ball.
CB: William Saliba – 6.5/10
Saliba put his foot through the ball when needed and was good on the ball.
CB: Gabriel – 7/10
He was a rock at the back and was a threat at the other end of the field.

LB: Piero Hincapie – 6.5/10
He earned the ball back twice but lacked quality going forward.
CM: Martin Odegaard – 6.5/10
Odegaard earned possession back once and made one good chance in the opponent’s half.
CM: Martin Zubimendi – 7/10
He anchored the midfield well but lacked quality in the Liverpool half.
CM: Declan Rice – 7/10
Rice did his fair share of defending and was lively on the ball.
RW: Bukayo Saka – 6.5/10
He was a real menace in the first half but failed to register a goal tonight.
ST: Viktor Gyokeres – 6/10
Gyokeres made one inviting chance up top, but never looked like he would find the back of the net.
LW: Leandro Trossard – 6.5/10
He had a few bright moments in the game, but there was no goal for him.
