At the Annual General Meeting of Celtic plc held on Friday 21 November 2025, 17 resolutions were set out on the Notice of the Meeting.
A poll was called by the Chairman on all 17 resolutions. The result of the poll, certified by Computershare Investor Services plc, which acted as scrutineer, is as follows. This concludes the business of the 2025 AGM.
