AC Milan travel to Turin for a top-of-the-table clash with Juventus in Serie A this Sunday.
The two teams are in contention for the Scudetto after exhibiting perfectly balanced league form, with two wins each and four draws.
Juve will be hoping to maintain their strong defensive record against the Rossoneri, having kept clean sheets in each of their last four meetings. Olivier Giroud was the last Milan player to score against them back in 2023.
Milan currently lead the standings on 12 points after five games, while the Bianconeri are not far behind in fourth place with 11 points.
Massimiliano Allegri makes his return to Juventus’ home ground for the first time since his contentious exit from the club in 2024. Under his guidance, Milan has risen as strong title contenders, boasting four straight wins following an opening day defeat to Cremonese.
Fikayo Tomori is a doubt for Milan after suffering an adductor injury against Napoli, although he has resumed training. Pervis Estupiñán serves a suspension after receiving a red card in a key victory over the defending champions. Additionally, Ardon Jashari is sidelined due to injury.
Offensively, Milan has been powered by Christian Pulisic, who leads the Serie A scoring list with four goals from five outings. His synergy with Santiago Giménez, alongside the creativity of midfielders Luka Modrić and Adrien Rabiot, has been instrumental in Milan’s successful run.
Possible AC Milan starting Lineup: Maignan; Gabbia, Tomori, Pavlović; Saelemaekers, Rabiot, Modrić, Fofana, Bartesaghi; Giménez, Pulisic
The game will start at 7:45pm BST on Sunday, 5th October.
In the UK, fans can watch the game on TNT Sports 1, while DAZN are offering live streaming access.
