With his contract set to expire at Al-Ittihad next June, Karim Benzema has become the talk of the town in Saudi Arabia in recent hours. According to information from Foot Mercato, Karim Benzema has decided not to take part in Al-Ittihad’s upcoming match.

The 2022 Ballon d’Or winner personally informed the club’s management of his decision, which is a direct result of his dissatisfaction with the new contract offer presented by the Saudi club.
