Inter Milan could reportedly cut ties with superstar forward Marcus Thuram at the end of the 2025/26 season.
According to Alfredo Pedulla via FCInter1908, the Nerazzurri will entertain ‘significant’ offers for the French striker in the summer.
Signed on a free transfer in 2023, Marcus Thuram has quickly become one of the most influential figures at San Siro.
Indeed, the 28-year-old has forged a potent attacking partnership with Lautaro Martinez, helping Inter win the Scudetto in his first season in Serie A.
However, Thuram’s form has fallen off a cliff this season, with the French goal-getter now at risk of missing the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Thuram has been unable to find his scoring form this term, netting just seven goals in 23 league appearances.
Moreover, his last Serie A goal came in a 5-0 demolition of Sassuolo in early February.
Therefore, the former Borussia Monchengladbach star has compromised his chances of making the French squad for the World Cup.
Furthermore, Inter no longer consider him ‘non-transferable.’
Instead, they are reportedly willing to listen to offers for their underperforming striker, though any interested club would have to allocate at least €60 million.
