The injury problems facing Real Madrid in the buildup to their approaching meeting with Barcelona have on Tuesday worsened, in considerable fashion.

The final Clásico of the campaign is due to play out in just shy of two weeks’ time.

The matchup will come in La Liga, and could mark a decisive one when it comes to the title race.

As things stand, Barcelona lead Carlo Ancelotti’s Real by four points atop Spain’s top-flight, amid an ongoing pursuit of a historic treble.

And as alluded to above, over the course of the day to date, Los Blancos’ hopes of bringing an end to as much were dealt a series of heavy blows.

As confirmed in a trio of statements across the social media platforms of the capital club, all of Antonio Rüdiger, Ferland Mendy and David Alaba have been ruled out for the remainder of the term, through injury.

As much means that Real Madrid will make the trip to Catalunya’s capital on May 11th without any of Rüdiger, Mendy, Alaba, Dani Carvajal, Éder Militão, or Eduardo Camavinga.
