Aurelien Tchouameni hasn’t settled well as a centre-back and he is likely to make way for Raul Asencio. The latter will have the company of Antonio Rudiger at the heart of the defence. Fran Garcia provides fresh leg at the left-back spot, replacing Ferland Mendy.

Midfield

Carlo Ancelotti will have to pick one between Aurelien Tchouameni and Eduardo Camavinga to start in the middle of the park alongside Federico Valverde.

Rodrygo gets a start on the right flank once again with Vinicius Jr. running on the other side of the pitch. Jude Bellingham will operate in his attacking midfielder role with in-from Kylian Mbappe leading the charge up front.

Eder Militao and Dani Carvajal are confirmed long-term absentees while David Alaba can finally mark his return on the field and get some important minutes.
