An insight into the stance of Real Madrid starlet Arda Güler when it comes to a potential winter exit from the club has on Wednesday been provided.

And the news will come as music to the ears of those of a Real Madrid persuasion.

This comes amid confirmation that, despite claims to the contrary in the media across the day to date, Güler will be going nowhere this January.

For those who may have missed it, reports began to resurface on Wednesday, pointing towards midfielder Güler as being in line for a potential mid-season return to Turkey.

Amid something of a hit-and-miss opening to the campaign in Spain’s capital, it was suggested that the 19-year-old was looking into the possibility of a new challenge, to secure for himself a more prominent role for the 2nd half of the term.

Not only that, but José Mourinho’s Fenerbahçe were pushed as the most likely landing spot, by Diario AS.

If ensuing word stemming from Güler’s home country is anything to go by, however, then Real Madrid’s supporters need not fret.

As per a report from Turkish football insider Yağız Sabuncuoğlu, claims that the country’s crown jewel is set for a mid-season return have been fabricated.

Güler, it is assured, is ‘happy’ in Spain, with his only intention as things stand to make a success of himself in the colours of Carlo Ancelotti’s Real.
