Arsenal are one of the Premier League clubs that admire Nottingham Forest midfielder Elliot Anderson, according to Sky Sports.

Gunners manager Mikel Arteta is monitoring the England international as he looks to keep strengthening his squad.

However, Arsenal are not the only ones keen on the £100 million-rated Anderson, with Manchester City and Manchester United also interested.

Winning the Premier League title will boost the Gunners’ chances of attracting more quality players in the summer transfer window.

Arsenal are currently nine points clear at the top of the table ahead of the final seven league fixtures of 2025-26 and could convince the Forest star to join them ahead of other suitors.

A move to a club competing for major trophies would appeal to him as he looks to help keep his club in the Premier League at the end of the season.

While he still has three years remaining on his current Forest contract, Anderson is expected to leave in the summer, given his quality and overall performances this term.

However, Anderson would prefer to move to a club where he is guaranteed regular playing time, having started all of his club’s 31 league games this season.

The Gunners cannot guarantee that, given the plethora of options available to Arteta in the middle of the park.

They have also been linked with Newcastle United midfielder Sandro Tonali, and more players could emerge in the coming weeks.

Arsenal are expected to make major sales when the transfer window reopens, but it is unclear whether they will spend heavily on midfielders, given their need to strengthen in other positions.
