In a recent report, The Daily Mail stated that Arsenal are in the running to land Bournemouth forward Eli Junior Kroupi. It is understood that the Gunners would have to rival Chelsea in the race to sign the French youngster this off-season.
Kroupi has enjoyed an impressive campaign at the English club as he has put in a string of impressive displays for them in the Premier League. The 19-year-old has banged in 13 goals in 34 matches for the Cherries this season in multiple competitions.
The English wide player is currently one of the best young strikers in English football. Thus, it is no wonder that the Gunners are planning to get a deal over the line for him this summer.
His current contract at the Vitality Stadium will run out in the summer of 2030, which could make it difficult for Arsenal to sign him on the cheap later this year.

Kroupi is proficient at finding a yard of space for himself to get some strikes in at goal. He has proven himself to be a decent finisher in the final third and is also quite clever with his movements in and around the opponent’s penalty area.
However, the French forward needs to find a way to add a few assists to his game. Kroupi is primarily a centre-forward but can also fill in as an attacking midfielder or as a left-winger if asked to do so. He is already quite familiar with the Premier League and won’t take much time to adjust to life at Arsenal.
Kroupi would undoubtedly enhance the quality of Mikel Arteta’s frontline in the long run. He is already good enough to fight for a regular first-team spot at the North London club next season.
At 19, the future looks quite promising for Kroupi as long as he continues to improve with each year. He is a prospect to watch out for in the long run, so the Gunners should focus on trying everything they can to lure him to the Emirates Stadium in this upcoming transfer period.
