Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United have reportedly “renewed their interest” in Aston Villa star Morgan Rogers ahead of the summer transfer window.
The attacking midfielder has enjoyed a stellar campaign thus far, scoring 11 goals and providing seven assists in all competitions, and worked his way into Thomas Tuchel’s England squad ahead of the FIFA World Cup.
The 23-year-old has spearheaded the Villans’ push for UEFA Champions League qualification and run to the quarter-finals of the UEFA Europa League, which has naturally attracted suitors from the biggest clubs.
According to The Times, Arsenal, Chelsea and United are among the clubs who are interested in signing him this summer, while The Telegraph add that PSG are in the mix.
The former report claims that any potential transfer fee will exceed £80 million, while the latter says it could approach £100 million when add-ons are factored in.
Middlesbrough are due to receive a 20 per cent sell-on fee on any profit made on a deal after selling Rogers to Villa for £15 million in February 2024.
The Midlands outfit held onto Rogers last year amid interest from Arsenal and Chelsea, with the England international signing a new contract until 2031. The new deal did not include a release clause.
