Arsenal have been dealt a huge blow as defender Ben White is set to miss the Champions League final due to an injury, according to the Sun.

The Gunners star started against West Ham United on Sunday but was taken off in the first-half, with Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta fearing the worst.

The Emirates Stadium club will now be without White against Paris Saint-Germain in the final of the elite European competition, and he could also miss the World Cup.

The Arsenal defender injured his knee and was spotted leaving London Stadium with a brace.

White appears to have suffered a medial collateral ligament (MCL) injury and the North Londoners are also without Jurrien Timber.

England international midfielder Declan Rice featured at right-back when White was withdrawn on Sunday before returning to midfield after Cristhian Mosquera came on.

The Spaniard is expected to start in the position against PSG if Timber is not fit to feature.

Rice has reportedly been managing a minor back issue in recent weeks and was spotted holding his lower back at the end of the game.

It appeared he was in some discomfort as he has had to cope with it and other minor issues in recent weeks.

The Arsenal star was seen pausing, blowing out his cheeks and holding his lower back with both arms, but he has been training as usual and is expected to play going forward.

Arsenal will hope none of their key players picks up any injury heading into their final three games of 2025-26.

They host Burnley next Monday before facing Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park in their last Premier League of the season on May 24.

PSG are next on May 30 in Budapest, Hungary, and victory in those three matches will see Arsenal lift the Premier League and Champions League trophies.

White will not be available for those games and will hope to return in time for the World Cup next month having recently returned to the England set-up.
