Arsenal returned to the Emirates Stadium with all three points, inching closer to the Premier League title, but the North Londoners lost Ben White to an injury.

The Gunners defender left the London Stadium with a brace on his right knee and Arteta could be left sweating over the fitness of Rice too.

The England international was spotted holding his lower back at the end of the game and it appeared he was in some discomfort.

Rice has had to cope with it and other minor issues in recent weeks.

The Arsenal star was seen pausing, blowing out his cheeks and holding his lower back with both arms, but he has been training as usual.

The Gunners are back in action next Monday with a home game against Burnley before taking on Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on the final day of the season.

Victories in both games will hand Arsenal their first Premier League title since 2004 even if Manchester City win all their remaining three league fixtures.

They are also eyeing a first-ever Champions League trophy and will be eager to get the job done when they take on Paris Saint-Germain in the final of the elite European competition on May 30th in Budapest, Hungary.

While it remains to be seen whether White will feature in their remaining three games of the season, Rice is not at risk of missing out on any.

He has been playing through the injury barrier in recent weeks and will continue to do so as the Gunners look to win a double after losing out on the Carabao Cup and FA Cup.
