Mikel Arteta says the last three seasons have prepared his side to “deliver when it matters most”.
Arsenal are three wins away from the Premier League title, before facing PSG in the Champions League final on May 30.
Their final run in starts with a trip to West Ham on Sunday, who are desperate for points in their battle for Premier League survival.
“What is in our hands is to perform at the highest level on Sunday, to win that game and if we do that we’re going to be even closer,” Arsenal boss Arteta said.
“That’s the only focus I think we have shown throughout the last three or four seasons, in terms of performances and consistency, and now it’s about delivering when the moment matters the most.”

Arteta says he is not concerned about the impact the pressure of the game will have on his players, meanwhile.
“No, because I think I said it three or four months ago, the way we’re going to handle this situation, and it’s been exactly like that and the players have responded really well to that,” he explained.
“We go there understanding the importance of the match but what is driving and really pushing the team is that incredible will to win.”
