Aston Villa have partnered with adidas to unveil a new collaboration inspired by legendary British rock band Black Sabbath.

Harnessing the power of music and football, adidas' new collection pays homage to Ozzy Osbourne by utilising colours associated with the Prince of Darkness on Villa's canvas. The launch features limited edition Predator boots and a specially designed shirt that celebrates Black Sabbath's influence in the music industry.

The collection continues the relationship between Villa and Black Sabbath after the band that originated in Birmingham helped to launch Villa's new home kit at the start of the 2024/25 season.

Adidas' limited-edition Predator boots link directly to some of the bands most iconic albums, whilst drawing inspiration from their unmissable live shows. Black Sabbath's aesthetic is etched into the boots, embodying the band's signature style in a bold, striking manner.

Villa will debut their new shirt on Wednesday night / adida

Premier League goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez will showcase the boots in an upcoming fixture for the club after successfully defending his Yashin Trophy crown at the Ballon d'Or ceremony on Monday.

The launch also features a limited-edition shirt with 'Black Sabbath' scribed onto the back. The design is set to debut when Aston Villa host Crystal Palace in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday night - while fans can grab their own shirt from the club shop.

Fans of rock and lovers of football can come together to celebrate this unique partnership, bridging the gap between culture and sport.
